The site was previously unused agricultural land at the end of an existing development of affordable housing. The land was no longer suitable for agricultural use due to its irregular shape, limited size, surrounding developments and access issues.
Fusion 13 designed the scheme as a low-density development with a sense of openness. It consisted of four semi-detached two-bedroom and three detached three-bedroom bungalows with garages thus widened local housing choice by way of the dwellings being bungalows.
